  • The Silver Plan: add to the Bronze plan 24/7/365 support, one hour response time during Mainstream business hours, four hour response at all other times
  • The Gold Plan: add to the Silver plan a dedicated support engineer and the fastest response times possible—a half hour during the business day, one hour all other times
