Where did Frost Online turn to fulfill their unique vision?

They turned to Mainstream Software.  Frost Online provides quality control for building construction and year-round maintenance on refrigeration, electrical, HVAC and energy management systems.  Frost Online sought out Mainstream Software to create a one of a kind alarm monitoring and alert integration application. 

Mainstream worked with Frost to come up with a customized solution, now known as FrosTrak.  The solution provides 24/7 alert notifications based on predefined-trigger rules.  FrosTrak keeps vendors on track by sending work order overdue reminders and specific action communication such as acknowledging receipt of the service request, completion of work, and adding work and billing documents.  FrosTrak alerts managers when approval action is due on a specific work order and once approved, automatically forwards work orders with invoice attachments to the accounting department for payment. 

Carrying out Frost Online’s vision, RoboTrak, an expansion tool of FrosTrak, is in development now.  RoboTrak blends automation with defined intelligence to deliver 24/7 monitoring of all your assets.  With RoboTrak, the user defines the action rules and procedures for RoboTrak and it will constantly act on those action terms while monitoring systems.  Both FrosTrak and RoboTrak are specialized solutions designed with Frost Online’s hands-on industry experience and Mainstream Software’s exceptional development capabilities.
