Part numbers and the corresponding descriptions, quantities and pricing can easily be pasted from an outside source such as Excel™, into billing agreements or other CrossForm screens, using the Windows clipboard. Follow the instructions outlined below.
Set up a spreadsheet using the exact column names found in the CrossForm form, i.e., Part Number, Description, Quantity From, Quantity To and Price Per Unit.
Note: To avoid errors, be certain the part numbers are accurate.
Highlight the entire spreadsheet, press <Ctrl> + C, and close or minimize the program.
Access the Material Pricing tab of the CrossForm screen.
Place your cursor in the Part# cell in the first row of the grid and click Paste.
A "Confirm Paste" message will pop up. Click Yes to complete the task.
Tip: Use this procedure to paste other data, such as site lists, vendor lists, etc. into other CrossForm screens.
