Find a Site Matrix

To find a Site Matrix, click the Find button adjacent to the Lookup field in the Site Matrix Maintenance form.   Screen Shot   This form is also accessible in Site (Suite) Maintenance.

1. Enter an identifying word or the first few numbers or characters for the search in the field labeled Search String.

2. Use the down-arrow icon to select the Search Field, i.e., Matrix ID, Description, Created By, Site Number or Problem Code.

3. Use the down-arrow icon to select the method by which the system will sort the results of the query.

4. Click Start or Show All.

5. Highlight the  Matrix ID and click Select or double click a row in the grid to add the matrix detail to the task form.
