Copy a Site Matrix

Quite often a site matrix can be copied and used for a new campus or building.  The problem codes and priority codes would remain the same, but the assignments vary depending on the location.  To copy a site matrix, the user must first Read the Matrix ID into the Site Matrix Maintenance form.   Screen Shot  

  1. Select Copy Matrix from the Tools menu.   Screen Shot

  2. Enter the new Matrix ID.

  3. Click Copy.

  4. The user is then free make the appropriate changes to the new Site Matrix.
