Contact Matrix

The Contact Matrix allows the system to notify certain individuals, other than the assignment, of the creation and dispatch of a work order when a specific problem code is selected.  These contacts will be included in the Dispatch Notify pop up during Call Entry or when the Dispatch task button is invoked using Modify Work Order.

To add the Contact Matrix ID to the site matrix, select Customer or Disptching/Site Matrix Maintenance from the Masterfiles menu.

  1. Enter the Matrix ID and click Read.

  2. Select a problem code row in the site matrix grid to which the contact matrix will be attached.

  3. Click the down-arrow icon in the column labeled Contact ID to select the appropriate Contact Matrix.   Screen Shot
