Existing Contact Matrices are listed in the upper portion of the Contact Matrix Maintenance form. To add an individual to a Contact Matrix, highlight the Contact Matrix ID. Click the button labeled Add New Contact. Complete the Contact Properties form. Screen Shot
The Contact Properties screen will be modified slightly, based on the contact option selected: Employee, Vendor Site or Substitution Variable
Add the Employee or Vendor Site Number , or use the down-arrow icon to select a "user-defined" Substitution Variable. Like most CrossForm screens, a Find button is available for Employee and Vendor Site lookup.
Use the down-arrow icon to select the Notify Method, i.e., Fax, Email or Page.
Fax and email templates vary depending on the building involved. Use the down-arrow icon to select the appropriate Template Name.
When the Notify Once flag is checked, a “contact only” tab is added to the Dispatch Notify form that pops up after the Stop button is pushed in Call Entry. Subsequent pop ups of this screen will not include any contact marked as “notify once”.
If the Required flag is checked, then the “Delete Tab” button on the Dispatch Notify form is disabled. The CSR cannot remove the tab when this option is checked.
Click Update.
