Use this procedure to update the work order status and tech labor hours for PM orders in a specific cycle. When the process is complete, double click an order to manually update exceptions. Screen Shot
While working in the PM Job screen, select the tab labeled Cycle Status. Screen Shot
Select the Cycle Instance using the down arrow icon.
Press <Ctrl> while clicking each order in the grid to be included in the update.
Click the button labeled Bulk Update.
Set the status of the order(s) to: CPW (Order closed, waiting paperwork), CAN (Cancelled) or EBO (Equipment on backorder).
Note: To add a work order status, use the Company Default Setting, PMBulkStatus.
Select the technician(s) assigned to the PM procedure.
Enter the number of labor hours to be added to this order.
Click GO.
Note: A certain risk exists when updating a large number of orders.
