CrossForm is a client-server product used to manage service requests at multiple sites and multiple customers. The product can be used by service companies that perform intelligent billing based on service agreements, or by companies that require service management "in house". CrossForm includes a Dispatch Board form, which looks like a spreadsheet of work orders with the assignments as columns, intelligent billing for labor and material based on service agreements, multiple orders per call, an Advisor diagnostic knowledge-tree system, a Messenger module for faxing, paging and emailing, and many other features that help service managers run their business. The product is written in VB 6.0 and can use the SQL Server or Oracle backend databases.
