Add Notification Tab

To add a method of notification to the Dispatch Notify form, click the button labeled Add Tab.   Screen Shot

Select the method(s) to be added for this order and click OK.   Screen Shot

Remove Notification Tab

To remove a notification method from the Dispatch Notify form, click the tab to be deleted and then click Remove Tab.
