Recall a Work Order

When a site continues to have a problem with a specific piece of equipment after a technician has completed repairs and before it is posted, a work order can be reopened or “recalled”.  To complete this task, click the button labeled Recall.   Screen Shot

  1. Use the down-arrow icon to change the Priority Code for this work order.

  2. A text box is available for conveying the Reason for the Recall, or to record any other information relating to the order.

  3. The user can Fax or Page the recall notice.

  4. Click OK.

    Note:  Once the work order has been posted, it cannot be recalled.
