To access the Work Order Billing Batch, click the icon
on the toolbar or select Batch Invoices from the Tasks
menu. Screen Shot
To create a new Billing Batch, click New.
A message will confirm the batch creation, click Yes to continue.
The system will automatically assign a batch number, record the date, time and the name of the employee making the entry. The status of the batch is set to "Active".
The fields labeled Date Posted and Date Sent will be completed by the system, when all invoices have been Posted.
To add a work order to the batch, press <F5> or select Add a WO to the Batch from the Tools menu.
A Find Work Order form will pop up. Enter the Work Order Number or the parameters for your search. When the search is complete, double the work order to be included in the batch or highlight the order and click Select.
