This task form is used to create and maintain the predefined work order table fields required to create If/Then Jeopardy Rules. To access this form, select Accounting/Codes/Jeopardy Rule Field Maintenance from the Masterfiles menu. Screen Shot
Enter the Field Alias. This is the value that will populate the "Field to Compare" combo box when creating an If/Then Jeopardy Rule. The field alias represents a work order field such as Date Entered; Date Complete; Order Type; Status; Entered By; etc. Screen Shot
Enter the database field that equates to the "Field Alias". This must be a Work Order table value.
To save the Jeopardy Rules Field, click Save.
