When the rule type is If/Then, the lower portion of the task form will become active. Select the rule criteria as follows:
Select the Field to Compare - These are work order fields, such as Date Entered; Arrival/Departure Date; Order Type; Status; Entered By, etc. Use Jeopardy Rules Field Management to create the values made available by this combo box.
Select the Compare Operator, i.e., equal to (=); not equal to (<>); greater than (>); less than (<); etc.
Enter the Value to Compare - This could be a specific date or date range; a priority code; a technician or vendor name; a CSR, etc.
