To add a priority code to the system, click Add New Priority.
Enter the new Priority Key, as prompted by the dialog box. Click OK.

Enter a description for the priority code.
Include all Dispatch Methods, separated by a semi-colon, i.e., Fax, Page, Print, etc..
Note: Only the dispatch methods set forth in this tab will be active in the web version of CrossForm.
To activate the new priority code within the system, check Active.
Enter all target times.
Note: The Dispatch time is recorded in minutes and the Arrival, Completion and Follow up times are recorded in hours.
If the box adjacent to Use Business Clock is checked, the target date and time will skip over non-business hours, including weekends and holidays.
Note: The business hours represent the workforce hours and are consistent across all timezones.
If this priority code is assigned to one of the “simplified problem codes” used for TRS Auto Dispatch Orders, select the box labeled TRS/CRS Auto Dispatch.
Note: The TRS web page provides an auto dispatch of work orders, using a simplified problem code list. Orders are created and dispatched without intervention from service desk employees.
Click Update.
