Marketing Manager
Mainstream Software Inc. is an application development company that was founded in 1989. Mainstream Software provides an atmosphere that recognizes employees for their contributions and hard work. We are seeking an organized, high energy, independent individual to help meet our business development needs.
Core responsibility: Business development for a software company. Sales and Marketing to businesses.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Develop, implement, and coordinate marketing campaigns
-Write, proofread and edit various types of communications including: emails, press releases, newsletter, and product collateral
-Coordinate all aspects of Trade shows, company events, and outings
-Analyze and report on the competitive landscape within the product line and industry
-Update company website
-Conduct Sales presentations via web and in person
-Maintain, follow up, and update prospect list
-Maintain, analyze, and update web/adword listings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Comfortable with online and in person presentations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently
- Excel and Word skills a must. Proficiency in MS Office
- HTML/Web design and layout experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Graphic Design Software a plus.
- New Product launch experience a plus.
