Manager, Hosted Platforms and Network Infrastructure

Mainstream Software, a growing application development company, was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio.  Mainstream Software provides an atmosphere that recognizes employees for their contributions and hard work and is currently seeking a full time Manager for our Hosted Platforms and Network Infrastructure.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Server & Systems Monitoring & Support
Backups and Disaster Recovery Plan
Manage capital equipment repair/replace
Control maintenance and upgrades of the network and related applications
Contract administration with partner companies
Manage After hours support & call tree

Proficiencies:
Citrix Metaframe
MS Windows Server 2003
Astaro & Cisco Firewalls or equivalent
Networking
Server Monitoring, Backups & Support
Disaster Recovery
MS SQL Server experience preferred
HP and Dell server hardware
