FrostOnline partnered with Mainstream Software in 2005 to develop a family of web-based applications designed to control facility maintenance, alarm monitoring, and EPA compliance.

We have added Automated Alarm monitoring capabilities to our products. Through two unique applications, InTrak and RoboTrak, your systems are monitored 24×7 using artificial intelligence to capture and review alarm information from refrigeration and building controllers. InTrak operates 24×7 to read the alarm data from the controllers in your facilities and transmit the data to RoboTrak. Once notified, the system will automatically troubleshoot the alarm, determine its level of priority based on pre-set rules, and create and dispatch work orders to in-house technicians or vendors. The system provides accountability for response to the issue, especially in an emergency situation such as a refrigerant leak, discharge trip, Kilowatt Hours peak demand, or any user-defined emergency. You set the rules according to your organization’s processes and priorities. All without stepping foot onto the property or picking up the phone!
